How does renting equipment work?
Renting equipment is most often done on the spot - just stop in, and one of our trip leaders can help outfit you for whatever adventure you are about to embark on. All you need is your UWG ID and either a credit/debit card to pay. Equipment may be checked out for up to one week. If you need to rent equipment for longer than one week, special permission is required and can be requested by emailing urec@westga.edu.
Please note that additional fees may be applied if equipment is returned late, excessively wet/dirty, damaged, or if it is stolen/misplaced.
