Madison LeBlanc Gilbert, a lifelong local of the UWG area, holds a Bachelor of Art in Studio Art with a Minor in Marketing (2015), an Early Childhood Certification (2018), and a Master of Education in Media: Instructional Design (2021), all from the University of West Georgia. She began her career in sales and marketing before spending six years in K-12 education. Now serving as a Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) Manager in the Office of Human Resources, Madison is passionate about fostering a love of learning in others. She strives to develop employee experiences that leave them feeling inspired, supported, and refreshed.
