Register for a Group Tour

What is a Group Tour?

This tour option is designed for large groups made up of students or community members. That are in specific groups such as athletic teams, youth organizations, government offices, and K-12 classes. 

If you are a groups of 8 or more but are not part of a specific organization you are welcome to submit a request for a private group tour led by a current UWG student. 

Please Note: Completion of the Group Tour registration form does not confirm your visit. Your visit confirmation will be sent via email from grouptours@westga.edu. After submitting the group tour request form, please allow 3 business days for us to respond. Groups of 51 students or more will need special accommodations and need to submit those requests via email. 

 

are descubre west group tours available?

Yes! UWG offers Descubre West Tours for Hispanic/Latinx students who wish to visit UWG in an environment that caters to them, and group tours are available. Descubre West Tours include a bilingual information session, a tour led by a bilingual Latinx Ambassador, and complimentary lunch!
